We deliver to a 25 mile radius from Fairborn, OH (we use mapquest as our guide). If you are nearby, we can still deliver to you with a $0.40 per mile (that you are over 25 miles)delivery charge. Therefore if you live 32 miles from Fairborn, there will be a delivery charge of $2.80

If you are able to 'flick' the stool into the toilet, please do so. (You are supposed to do this with disposables!) If not, just throw the mess in the pail liner provided and we will take care of it!

Your diapers are always your diapers. Each customer's diapers are washed separately and delivered back to you each week.

We have carefully prepared a washing method from our own experience, talking with other Diaper Services, follow the guidelines set out by the National Association of Diaper Services (NADS), and plain old trial and error! We use very hot water, minimal chemistry, and then Ph balance the load. This eliminates bacterias in your diapers and makes it just right for your babies bottom!

Babies can get diaper rash...the first thing to do it make sure they are receiving frequent diaper changes. This is the most common cause of diaper rash. Others might be triggered by food allergies as well. 

Please do not use diaper creams that contain zink oxide, such as Desitin, as they can affect the absorbency of the diapers as well as stain them.

Please do NOT wash the diapers. This may affect their absorbacy. If you do run out, give us a call immediatly, 937-681-9908, and we can send out some extra diapers. We can also figure out if we need to up raise your quantity.

If your diapers seem too small...let us know. We can get you ready for the next size!

If you seem to have a lot of diapers left at the end of the week, give us a call and we can change the quantity of diapers you receive.

Let us know! We can either adjust your number of diapers so you have enough to make it through, you can take Tushies disposables, or you can just put your service on hold (you do not pay for weeks you do not use!) until you come back.
