You receive the number of diapers requested(washed, dryed, folded and delivered to your door) in your pail liner, and 2 deoderizing disks per month (they each last 2-3 weeks). You also have the option to receive covers at an additional cost.
Do I have to swish the soiled diaper in the toilet?
NO!
If the stool is able to be flicked off the diaper, please do so. Otherwise just throw the mess in with the other diapers.
Please DO NOT rinse the diapers. Placing a diaper dunked in the toilet will allow mold and other bacterias to grow. Mold stains are very difficult to remove!

Same friendly driver at your door each week. Same helpful customer service over the phone 24/7. Diapers are delivered one day a week, to your door in a reusable pail liner. Take the diapers out and use the bag as a liner in your hamper. At the end of the week, put out all diapers used and the driver will swap them out for clean ones!
